You are outcome focussed and creative in the way you achieve successful outcomes, seeking and implementing bespoke solutions to complex problems. You adopt a casework-based approach to tenancy sustainment, being proactive and assertive to engage with tenants to influence and empower them to remain safely and independently in their homes. You are highly motivated to support tenants, while effectively managing risks and challenging behaviour. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Work collaboratively with your colleagues and partner agencies to ensure that tenants get the very best service and opportunities to live independently and safely in their homes.2. Work effectively to prevent tenancy breakdown and escalation of need, proactively supporting tenants to ensure they look after their homes, prevent the loss of their home and ensure rent is paid on time.3.
