This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, tenancy management, support services, or adult social care who is passionate about helping residents maintain stable and successful tenancies.Working within the Adult Social Care framework, you will play a key role in supporting residents, managing tenancy-related matters, and promoting positive outcomes within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesHousing and SupportDeliver housing support in line with Adult Social Care guidelines.Process housing applications and assist residents through the housing pathway.Carry out property inspections and void checks to ensure accommodation standards are maintained.Support residents in achieving greater independence and tenancy sustainability.Income ManagementAssist with rent collection and income recovery processes.Support the management of rent arrears and payment plans.Maintain accurate tenant records using internal housing management systems.Ensure all documentation and case notes are up to date and compliant.Resident WelfareRespond to resident concerns and tenancy-related issues.Investigate and help resolve incidents of anti-social behaviour.Work collaboratively with ..... full job details .....
