Job Title: Care Support - Tenancy Support Worker (Permanent)Location: Edinburgh, Midlothian, and PenicuikContract: Full-time (36 hours per week)Working Pattern: Monday - FridayAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to help individuals maintain stable accommodation and provide vital tenancy sustainment support. In this highly rewarding role, you will work independently across the community to make a positive impact on the lives of the people you support.Key Responsibilities:Providing tenancy sustainment support and helping individuals maintain stable accommodation.Supporting clients with housing applications, including applications for Housing Benefit and grants.Assisting clients with setting up essential utilities, such as gas and electricity.Requirements:A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Great interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently across the community.A minimum of 6 months of previous experience supporting older adults within a care setting.Experience with home care, housing support, and homelessness.What We Offer:33 days of annual leave (including public holidays).A pension scheme with up to a 6% employer contribution.Earned Wage Access, allowing for early wage drawdown.Employee Assistance Programme (HSF) and HSF Health Plan contributions.Comprehensive absence support policies and death in service cover (2x salary).If you are passionate about helping others and meet the criteria above, we would love to hear ..... full job details .....
