Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and enhance strategies to manage and prevent anti-social behaviour (ASB) and fraud within tenancies. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards. Investigation and Resolution: Respond to reports of anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal housing and environmental health teams, as well as law enforcement, to find suitable solutions for each case.
