This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to play a vital role in delivering high-quality tenancy management services, supporting residents, sustaining tenancies and resolving complex housing management issues. Working on a hybrid basis, you will manage a designated caseload while working closely with residents, colleagues and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes are achieved.
