The role will cover all aspects of housing management including tenancy sustainment, ASB, tenancy audits, estate inspections, safeguarding, voids and lettings. You''ll be the main point of contact for residents, working to resolve issues, support vulnerable tenants and ensure tenancies remain successful. Key duties include: Carrying out home visits, tenancy audits and estate inspections. Investigating anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches. Supporting residents with tenancy-related issues and signposting to relevant services. Managing tenancy changes including mutual exchanges, successions and terminations. Working with colleagues to minimise arrears and support income recovery. Letting empty properties and ensuring sustainable tenancies. Identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns.
