Your new role You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive tenancy management service, ensuring customers receive a high standard of support while helping the organisation achieve key performance targets. Key duties will include: Managing a patch of tenancies and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements. Proactively managing rent arrears cases, negotiating repayment arrangements and progressing recovery action where required. Providing housing advice, tenancy sustainment support and signposting to relevant agencies. Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes.
