Your new companyWe are recruiting an experienced Tenancy Services Manager to lead and coordinate tenancy and housing management services within a large social housing organisation. This is a senior operational role requiring strong leadership, regulatory expertise and a clear focus on tenant satisfaction and service excellence.Your new roleThe Tenancy Services Manager will be responsible for the operational delivery, oversight and continuous improvement of tenancy services, ensuring full compliance with current housing regulation and consumer standards.Key responsibilities include:Leading the delivery of a high-quality, tenant-focused tenancy serviceManaging and developing a team of housing staff, embedding high standards and accountabilityTranslating housing legislation, regulation and policy into effective operational practiceEnsuring compliance with the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 and Consumer StandardsOverseeing tenancy management activity including ASB, tenancy enforcement, sustainment and complaintsMonitoring service performance, KPIs and tenant satisfaction, implementing improvements where requiredWorking collaboratively with internal teams (income, ASB, tenancy sustainment) and external partners including adult and children''s social careSupporting emergency planning and responding to critical incidents where requiredContributing to service development projects and deputising at senior level when neededWhat you''ll need to succeedProven mamillotegmental ..... full job details .....
