Tenancy Relations Officer Hybrid (2-3 Days per Week, remainder remote) 22.41 PAYE 29.72 Umbrella ( 31.15 Umbrella from Week 13) 3-Month Temp Contract Monday to Friday 36 Hours per WeekAdecco are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Relations Officer on behalf of a public sector housing service in South London.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional with a strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, homelessness prevention, and enforcement within the private rented sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting tenants from unlawful eviction and harassment while supporting residents to sustain their housing.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate complaints of illegal eviction, harassment, unlawful landlord practices, and tenancy-related disputes.Provide advice and guidance to tenants, landlords, agents, and partner organisations.Manage a varied caseload, carrying out investigations and gathering evidence where necessary.Conduct home visits and attend court proceedings as a witness when required.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies including landlords, solicitors, police, and housing partners.Support homelessness prevention by helping residents remain in or regain access to accommodation.Produce reports, correspondence, case records, and legal documentation to a high standard.Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation and best practice.Essential RequirementsStrong knowledge of housing ..... full job details .....
