      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;40 - &amp;pound;45/hour | Type: Contract | Interim Tenancy Relations Adviser    Location:  London   Rate:  -45 per hour   Contract:  Initial 6-month contract (strong likelihood of extension)   Start:  ASAP   The Role   This interim opportunity will play a vital role in ensuring landlords comply with the Renters'' Rights Act 2025 and broader housing legislation. You will be instrumental in protecting tenants from unfair practices such as unlawful eviction and poor housing conditions, helping to ensure residents can live safely and securely within the private rented sector.  You will manage a diverse caseload, handling tenant complaints, carrying out property inspections, and providing clear guidance and support to those facing housing issues. The role also involves advocacy and casework, ensuring tenants understand their rights and are supported through complex situations.  Working closely with landlords and letting agents, you will address non-compliance and take enforcement action where appropriate, in line with council policies and procedures.
