You will take ownership of each tenancy from the point an offer is agreed through to successful move-in and handover to the Property Management team. This is a key role within the business, requiring someone who can independently manage a busy tenancy pipeline, ensure all compliance requirements are met and provide an excellent level of service to both landlords and tenants. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years'' residential lettings, property management or tenancy progression experience, with a strong understanding of the full tenancy process and current lettings compliance requirements.
