You will play a key role in managing the tenancy journey from the point a holding deposit is received through to move-in and key collection. Working closely with tenants, landlords, lettings consultants and external partners, you will ensure every tenancy progresses smoothly, efficiently and in line with current legislation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong lettings or property administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. The role: Manage the full tenancy progression process from holding deposit to move-in. Collect, review and issue all required compliance documentation and certificates.
