Tenancy ProgressorReading Lettings and Property The Opportunity We are currently working with an established and growing property business who are looking to appoint an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join their busy Tenancy Operations team in Reading. This is a fast-paced and highly important role, sitting at the heart of the lettings process and responsible for ensuring a smooth, compliant and customer-focused journey from the point a holding deposit is agreed through to tenancy commencement and key collection. You''ll work closely with Lettings Consultants, tenants, internal departments and external providers, ensuring every stage of the tenancy progression process is completed accurately, efficiently and within the required timescales. This would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys being at the centre of the customer journey. About the Role As a Tenancy Progressor, you''ll take ownership of the key administration and coordination involved in progressing new tenancies. You''ll ensure all compliance requirements are met, tenancy agreements are issued and signed, move-in funds are collected and deposits are correctly managed ahead of the tenancy start date. The role requires someone who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously, communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer journey.
