Tenancy Manager

A high-profile property company are looking for a Tenancy Renewal Assistant to join their successful team. The purpose of the role is to liaise between landlord and tenants to review and renew tenancy agreements which may be coming to an end. The successful candidate will liaise between landlords and tenants to conduct rent reviews and negotiate new rental agreements. This is not a sales role but may be suitable for someone currently working in sales or lettings who want to, move into a different role but continue to work in property. Based in Lovely offices in south-west London, close to both the Tube and London Overground, you will be working with a lovely, hardworking supportive team.
