Tenancy Management Officer

We are seeking a proactive and confident Tenancy Management Officer to join one of our Liverpool based social housing clients on an interim basis working to support neighbourhoods across Liverpool, Runcorn and Widnes.Your new roleYou''ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality tenancy and estate management service, ensuring safe, sustainable and well-managed communities. This is a fast-paced role where no two days look the same and you''ll be trusted to manage your workload independently while delivering excellent customer service.Day to day, you will:Manage a patch of general-needs properties across the regionConduct tenancy sign-ups, reviews, and sustainment workRespond to and manage low-level ASB cases, breaches and tenancy issuesCarry out estate inspections and identify improvementsWork closely with internal teams, external partners and local agenciesSupport vulnerable tenants to maintain their tenanciesEnsure compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirementsWhat you''ll need to succeed:Previous experience in tenancy or neighbourhood managementStrong knowledge of housing legislation and best practiceConfidence managing ASB, safeguarding concerns and tenancy breachesExcellent communication and case-management skillsA proactive, community-focused approachAbility to travel across Liverpool, Runcorn and WidnesWhat you''ll get in ..... full job details .....
