Tenancy Management Advisor Location : London Bridge Salary : £28,500 - £30,000 Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We''re looking for a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods and Tenancy Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up into a housing-focused role, with full training in housing management provided, while playing a key part in delivering a responsive, customer-centred service. What you ll be doing Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches Carry out risk assessments and support case planning Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies About you We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and customer-focused, with experience in housing, ASB or a similar frontline service environment.
