Please note: Candidates MUST have proven experience as an ASB Officer - this is non-negotiable.About the RoleAs ASB Officer, you will play a key role within the Housing Management team, leading on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy fraud cases across the organisation''s housing stock.You will manage complex cases from start to finish, take formal enforcement action where required, and represent the organisation in County Court proceedings, working closely with Legal and Housing teams to deliver customer-focused resolutions.You''ll also provide expert support and guidance to Local Housing and Supported Housing Managers, helping to drive best practice across the service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of complex ASB and harassment cases from investigation through to resolutionLead on formal enforcement action, including preparation for court proceedingsRepresent the organisation in County Court, supporting witnesses where requiredInvestigate and manage tenancy fraud casesProvide specialist advice, guidance, and case ..... full job details .....
