This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Housing Management team, delivering a customer-focused tenancy and neighbourhood management service while working closely with residents and partner agencies to create sustainable tenancies and thriving communities. Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated patch, providing comprehensive tenancy and neighbourhood management services. Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches. Carry out tenancy sign-ups, accompanied viewings and ensure new tenants understand their tenancy responsibilities. Support tenants with rent payment expectations and signpost or assist with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit applications where appropriate. Manage tenancy changes, including successions, assignments and mutual exchanges. Conduct estate inspections, working alongside internal teams to improve neighbourhood standards and resolve environmental issues.
