Temporary Works CoordinatorExeter 12-Month Temporary 300 per day (CIS)IntroductionWe are looking to appoint a Temporary Works Coordinator to join the team on a new commercial construction project in Exeter, currently in Phase 1, with demolition and early enabling works underway. This is a site-based role, offering the opportunity to be involved from the early stages of the project, supporting the coordination and management of temporary works as the scheme progresses through its initial phases. The role will also include elements of site logistics support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage temporary works processes from early demolition and enabling works through to main construction.Liaise with Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.Ensure temporary works designs are reviewed, approved, implemented, inspected, and removed safely.Support site logistics planning and coordination during early project stages.Work closely with the site and construction management teams to support programme and safety objectives.About YouIdeally degree educated in a relevant construction or engineering discipline, or NVQ-qualified with a Black CSCS card.Previous experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator, ideally on commercial projects.Well organised, proactive, and confident working on a live construction site.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.What We Offer12-month temporary role. 300 per day (CIS).Opportunity to join a project from its early ..... full job details .....
