Location: Net Zero Teesside (Redcar / Stockton-on-Tees)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (1-Year Minimum Contract)
Pay Rate: -57.00 - -60.00 per hour + Enhanced Rates for Weekends & Nights
Hours: 50 Hours per Week

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) to join a major landmark infrastructure project at Net Zero Teesside. Working full-time on site, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site safety, compliance, and procedural control across complex civil and temporary works operations.
Collaborating directly alongside the Temporary Works Manager and the wider Engineering Team, you will oversee the full lifecycle of temporary works schemes in accordance with industry standards and strict site safety requirements.

  Coordinate and control all temporary works on-site, ensuring strict compliance with BS 5975 (Code of Practice for Temporary Works).
• 
  Act as the main point of contact for temporary works designs, approvals, inspections, and sign-offs.
• 
  Collaborate daily with the Temporary Works Manager, site engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• 
  Maintain the Temporary Works Register and ensure accurate documentation, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) are in place.
• 
  Conduct regular inspections, issue Permits to Load / Unload, and implement necessary safety controls before work commences.

• 
  CITB Temporary Works Coordinator Certification (Essential).
• 
  Deep working knowledge and practical application of BS 5975 Code of Practice (Essential).
• 
  Demonstrable experience acting as a TWC on major civil engineering, industrial, or energy infrastructure projects.
• 
  Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to work side-by-side with engineering teams and site management.
• 
  Flexibility to support project milestones via weekend or night shifts as required.

  Competitive Rate: -57.00 - -60.00 per hour (dependant on experience).
• 
  Enhanced Shift Rates: Uplifts applied for night and weekend shifts.
• 
  Guaranteed Hours: Standard 50-hour work week.
• 
  Long-Term Contract: Minimum 1-year contract length on a flagship UK energy project.
