As a TWC you will be required to manage and co-ordinate the specification, design, approval, checking, installation, maintenance, and removal of all necessary temporary works (TW). Identify all TW and record on the TW Control Register. You'll need to assess the risk level of all TW and record on the TW Control Register. Preparation of Design Briefs with full consultation of those involved, ensuring they are adequate and in accordance with the actual situation on site. you must ensure TW design and design checks are carried out, as well as ensuring a Design Check Certificate or similar is available, where required.
