Location: Hemel Hempstead | Salary: £12.71 - £15.58/hour Higher rate is Night shift rate | Type: Temporary | Gotpeople are partnering with a range of distribution and production companies across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and the surrounding areas to recruit Temporary Warehouse, Waste & Recycling, and Production Operatives. We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas: Picking, packing, and sorting orders in fast-paced environments Performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting, handling, loading, and unloading Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within facilities Operating forklift trucks (FLT drivers) Waste & Recycling operations Fabrication and use of hand tools Ideal candidates will: Exhibit a flexible, positive approach with a proactive, can-do attitude Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, working with both speed and accuracy Possess relevant blue-collar skills and experience (advantageous) Have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (desirable) We offer temporary full- and part-time opportunities to accommodate a variety of schedules.
