Temporary Warehouse Supervisor 3-4 Months (Evening Shift)

We're seeking a Temporary Fulfilment Supervisor to join my clients’ team on a short-term contract, lasting 3- 4 months, to provide crucial support in the web fulfilment area.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in e-commerce or a similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 people to meet and exceed daily fulfilment targets.
• Regularly report on KPIs and other performance metrics.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the web fulfilment area, maintaining a high standard of work.
• Actively promote and enforce health and safety policies.
• Be responsible for opening the building on Saturdays and securing it at the end of each shift (Tuesday through Saturday).
• Be mindful of building security systems and prepared to respond to alarms if necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a team leadership role within a fast-moving environment, such as e-commerce or warehouse operations.
• Target-driven, computer literate, and proficient in KPI reporting.
• A great attitude with the ability to motivate and drive a team, along with a hands-on approach to work.
