Temporary Viewing Agent (MUST HAVE FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE) Starting: ASAP Duration: Potentially 4 months (will be reviewed regularly depending on the client''s needs) Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm Salary: 26,000 - 26,500 Based: Edinburgh (just out with city centre) DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTALWe are recuring on behalf of our client for a Temporary Viewing Agent to support their lettings team during a busy period. Full training will be provided, and the position is well suited to someone confident, organised, and comfortable working across multiple locations.Key responsibilities:Respond to emails and manage the enquiries inbox, proving feedback and reviews from previous viewingsNew tenant enquiriesConduct property viewings (typically 4 per day, with groups of up to 6 people)Present properties professionally and answer questions from prospective tenantsPromote properties and assist in progressing suitable applicants into referencingMaintain accurate records of viewings and applicant interactionsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): secure Google reviews following viewings and successfully move suitable applicants into referencing from each appointment Full training provided on the viewing system and company proceduresRequirementsFull, clean UK driver''s licence (essential - pool cars provided)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsConfident and personable with strong communication skillsWell presented and professionalReliable and organised, with good time ..... full job details .....
