Planning daily workload for a fleet: vehicles based on and off site. Dealing with queries and issues by telephone, fax and email from our customers, sub-contract hauliers and warehousing sites. Liaising with Traffic and Administration teams to ensure the highest standards of performance are maintained at all times.
