Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and reliable Temporary Transport Administrator to work for a company in Banbury to start
Role: Transport Administrator (temporary)
Salary: -14.00 per hour
Location: Banbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Transport Admin
- Providing accurate ETAs to customers and driver
- Booking and processing orders in a timely manner
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration
About you:
- Previous Administration and Customer Service experience is essential, and Transport Admin experience is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills with confidence in updating and managing spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
