Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Temporary Telemarketer to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products/services and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.Introduce and promote company products in a professional manner.Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and answer any questions.Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.Achieve and surpass daily/weekly call quotas.Qualifications
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essentialStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to customer inquiries.Proficient in using computers and telecommunication tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hours
