The successful Technical Coordinator should have: Previous experience within a food manufacturing, quality, or technical environment. A working knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to maintain accurate records and manage technical documentation. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy technical team. Experience of BRC standards would be advantageous.
