The Role

Successful candidates may be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour
• Supporting student progress and achievement
• Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
• Adapting quickly to different school environments
• Completing lesson planning where required
• Marking and assessment responsibilities on certain assignments

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - for teaching positions not needed for TA and cover supervision work
• Recent UK Secondary Teaching experience
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• Open to working in different schools and trying new environments

Desirable

• Access to a vehicle due to the variety of school locations across Coventry and Warwickshire
• Experience teaching across multiple key stages
• Availability for both short-term and long-term assignments
