The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging students, raising attainment, and helping learners achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.The RoleDeliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4.Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements.Differentiate learning to support students with SEND, SEMH, and additional needs.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement.Implement effective behaviour management strategies.Work collaboratively with teaching, pastoral, and safeguarding teams to support student progress and wellbeing.Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Experience teaching English at secondary level Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable and disengaged learners A resilient, patient, and adaptable approach Experience within Alternative Provision, PRU, ..... full job details .....
