Temporary Supply Chain Administrator
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a Temporary Project Assistant to join their Supply Chain team for a project-focused assignment. This role will support a key compliance and data management project, ensuring supplier information is accurately maintained and regulatory requirements are met for international operations. Key Responsibilities:Collect and validate supplier data, including country of origin and material content informationMaintain accurate recordsLiaise with suppliers and internal departments to gather required compliance informationSupport the development of reporting tools and system-based compliance reportsEnsure tariff and origin data is correctly recordedAssist with compliance audits and respond to information requestsIdentify data gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve issuesCandidate Requirements:Strong administrative and data management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyConfident working with Excel and business systems/ERP softwarePrevious experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a compliance-focused administration role would be advantageousAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage information effectivelyThis is a full time, temporary position expected to last until around March 2027.
