This is an excellent opportunity for a site manager with a strong background in overseeing civil engineering packages on residential developments. Key Responsibilities Managing and overseeing the civil''s package on a large-scale housing development. Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme. Maintaining high standards of health and safety across site. Monitoring progress and quality of works. Liaising with the project team to ensure smooth site operations. Requirements Previous experience managing civil engineering works on large residential developments. Valid SMSTS certificate. Valid CSCS card. Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
