Temporary Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a leading Tier 1 residential developer who is seeking an experienced Temporary Site Manager to join a large-scale housing development near Burnham-on-Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a site manager with a strong background in overseeing civil engineering packages on residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the civil''s package on a large-scale housing development.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across site.
• Monitoring progress and quality of works.
• Liaising with the project team to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing civil engineering works on large residential developments.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced site environment.
