We are looking for a dedicated Showroom Manager to be the face of our flagship Peterborough showroom. About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will be the central point of contact for all visitors, ensuring our showroom is a dynamic and impressive space that showcases our brand and products. You will manage all day-to-day operations, from front-of-house hospitality to event support, playing a key part in delivering outstanding experiences for colleagues, clients, and trade partners. Key Responsibilities: Act as the welcoming first point of contact, managing the front desk and all visitor sign-in procedures. Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, coordinating cleaning and maintenance. Prepare and support meetings, demonstrations, and events, including arranging refreshments and catering. Manage product displays, ensuring they are fully stocked, tidy, and current. Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with marketing to keep all brochures and digital displays updated. Oversee the showroom booking schedule and communicate details to all users. Conduct routine checks on appliances and technology, reporting any faults and ensuring timely resolution. Monitor and maintain AV and presentation equipment, providing basic troubleshooting.
