The ideal candidate for this role should have good customer service, be confident on the telephone, organised, have strong admin skills and experience working within an automotive sector. Role Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front-of-house reception, customer enquiries and bookings, whilst supporting the workshop and wider administration. Meet and greet customers and provide a friendly front-of-house service. Answer calls, respond to enquiries and follow up with customers. Book MOTs, servicing and repair work, ensuring all customer and vehicle details are accurate. Manage workshop bookings and capacity using the T-Card system.
