This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling enquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping others.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via telephone and other communication channels, around 100 a day.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders and company processes.Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Process customer requests, orders, cancellations and amendments accurately.Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.Follow up on outstanding customer enquiries and provide regular updates.Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the wider team.Ensure all customer interactions are handled in line with company policies and service standards.Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.About YouPrevious ..... full job details .....
