Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and online systems Verify order details for accuracy before processing Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring stock levels are up to date Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate despatch Check stock availability and liaise with warehouse/despatch teams Update order status and maintain accurate records on internal systems Resolve order queries and discrepancies in a timely manner Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment What We''re Looking For Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role (desirable but not essential) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Reliable, punctual, and a good team player What We Offer Competitive hourly rate ..... full job details .....
