Temporary Sales Administrator - Spares Location: Bradford (BD8) - Free Onsite Parking Contract: Temporary (3 months) Start Date: Immediate Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm OverviewOffice Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of an engineering client for a Temporary Sales Administrator - within their Spares department.This role is responsible for managing spare parts enquiries and orders from initial customer contact through to final dispatch. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end process, supporting both customers and internal teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. Key Responsibilities:Receive and manage incoming spares enquiries via phone and emailAccurately log enquiries on internal systemsIdentify and clarify required spare parts with customersPrepare and issue accurate quotations for spare parts- Ensure pricing, lead times, and technical details are correctMaintain organised records of all quotationsProcess customer orders, ensuring alignment with original quotationsInput orders into internal systems accuratelyIssue proforma invoices or order acknowledgements as requiredLiaise with purchasing teams to ensure correct parts are orderedConfirm supplier availability and delivery timelinesMonitor incoming goods and communicate any changes to customers5Goods Handling and DispatchPick and pack goods accurately and safelyPrepare dispatch ..... full job details .....
