Temporary Sales Administrator
We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy office team on a temporary basis (3–4 months). This role will support the smooth processing of customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities of this Sales Administrator role:
- Process orders accurately within the ERP system (SAP).
- Provide order confirmations to customers.
- Raise deliveries and delivery notes.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous experience working in a sales office environment.
- Confident in using SAP (essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, 3–4 months
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
