Temporary Sales Administrator

A leading manufacturing business is seeking a Temporary Internal Sales Administrator to support its commercial operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a challenging, varied, and rewarding office-based role that would suit a driven, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Input and maintain customer orders, contracts, forecasts, and pricing in SAP Process sales documentation such as invoices and credit requests in line with company procedures Support new product development activities by liaising with account managers, customers, design, and production teams Handle customer enquiries, resolving issues by coordinating with other departments Monitor customer sales data including stock levels, invoicing, and equipment usage to identify and resolve potential issues About You Proven background in sales administration or customer service Confident handling multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables SAP experience is desirable but not essential Knowledge of manufacturing processes or packaging products would be an advantage What''s on Offer Salary to £31,000 (pro-rata) 37-hour working week (Monday-Friday) 26.5 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions (salary sacrifice) Private healthcare via AXA Health and wellbeing support including cycle-to-work ..... full job details .....
