Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Contract Type: Temporary - Full-Time
Salary: -14.00 - -15.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Crawley. This role would suit someone with a solid background in sales administration who can hit the ground running and confidently manage a busy sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from quotation through to invoicing
• Process and track customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct
• Liaise confidently with customers, the sales team, and other departments to resolve queries
• Maintain and update CRM and sales databases
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management
• Manage pricing, contracts, and account administration
• Support the sales team with general administrative duties
• Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and independently

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales administration role
• Confident, hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales databases
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
• A strong eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced sales environment
