Temporary Resourcer - Immediate Start 2-Month Assignment with Potential to ExtendBraintree, EssexWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic Resourcer to join our team on a temporary basis with an immediate start.This is initially a 2-month assignment, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.Please note that this role will span the summer period, if you have a holiday booked between now and the end of August you will not be able to fulfil this role.This opportunity would suit a confident, outgoing individual who can take full ownership of candidate management and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience within recruitment or human resources and be comfortable sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates from day one.Key Responsibilities Screening candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies.Sourcing applicants from databases and job boards.Contacting candidates via telephone and email to discuss opportunities and arrange interviews.Acting as the first point of contact for job advert enquiries.Proactively making outbound calls to candidates and potential contacts.Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.Responding to general recruitment enquiries.Arranging and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.Generating leads and referrals while developing strong professional relationships.Supporting ..... full job details .....
