This is a key role focused on ensuring residents are kept fully informed before, during and after works are carried out, whilst delivering a high standard of customer care throughout the programme. The Role Reporting to the Senior Resident Liaison Officer , you will be responsible for managing communication with tenants and residents, helping to ensure works are delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption.
