About the Role

As a Temporary Recruitment Resourcer (Part-Time) based in Grimsby, you will support the recruitment team by conducting initial candidate screenings. This role requires someone with administration, customer service, or resourcing experience. After a two-week training period at the Grimsby office, this position becomes home-based. Working hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available; however, the start time cannot be before 9:00am. This temporary, ongoing contract offers up to £14.00 per hour. Manpower are looking for a motivated and organised Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, administration, customer service, or resourcing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The role will initially require attendance in our Grimsby office for approximately 2 weeks of training, after which the position will become home-based.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls
  • Format applications ready for client submission
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates
  • Conduct new starter briefings
  • Identify and engage suitable candidates through targeted CV searches


About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Is confident speaking with candidates and building rapport
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Can work independently from home following training
  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
