Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: London - West End
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Working Model: 2 - 3 days in the office
Duration: 3 months
Hourly rate: £15 - £18 per hour
Our client is an independent, charitable organisation that is passionate about dispute resolution. Through local and global branches, they connect with the community and create beneficial networking opportunities with other experienced professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment coordinator to contribute to the rapid growth of this company!
Key responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
- Manage end-to-end candidate life cycle, from screening applications to coordinating interviews to onboarding
- Conduct recruitment analytics and reporting
- Manage offer processes, contracts, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Support onboarding and engagement for new joiners
- Initiate visas and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Create recruitment packs
- Manage all recruitment administration
Skills andamp; Experience:
- Detailed knowledge of recruiting processes
- Experience in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong relationship management and interview/presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Agile mindset to respond positively to changing demands.
