We''re looking for someone who wants to build a desk, win clients, develop candidates and make serious money. If you have experience recruiting within MandE, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Trades and Labour or another technical sector, we''d love to hear from you. What you''ll be doing: You''ll take ownership of your temporary recruitment desk, including: Winning new business and developing existing client relationships Recruiting skilled temporary workers across MandE and Construction Sourcing and interviewing candidates Managing your own candidate database and talent pools Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Negotiating rates and maximising GP Growing your desk and becoming a specialist in your market Working at pace in a competitive and rewarding environment What''s in it for you?
