This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and possesses a keen eye for talent.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they align with the organisational culture and job requirements.Provide guidance to managers on best practises in recruitment and selection processes.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep stakeholders informed of progress. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
