Temporary Receptionist
 
We’re currently seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Receptionist to join our client’s busy front-of-house team in Eturia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a welcoming and organised environment.
 
 Key Duties for this Receptionist role:
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
 - Answering and directing telephone calls and handling general enquiries
 - Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
 - Maintaining the reception and front-of-house area to a high standard
 - General administrative support, including filing, archiving, and data entry
 - Assisting with basic office coordination and supplies
 
Skills & Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience is essential
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
 - Professional presentation and a positive attitude
 
- Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm
 - Hourly rate: £12.50ph
 - Location: Eturia, ST1
 - Temporary until December
