Temporary ReceptionistLocation: East Grinstead Pay: 12.71 per hourHours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, with 1 hour lunch breakStart Date: Week Commencing 18th MayLloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a local company in search of a Temporary Receptionist to provide cover for the week commencing 18th May. There is also potential for ongoing temporary work for the right person once settled into the role.We are looking for a professional, friendly and organised individual who enjoys working in a front-of-house environment and delivering excellent customer service.Main Duties:Welcoming patients as front of house for the clinicProviding a warm, friendly and professional first impressionAnswering incoming telephone calls and booking appointments using the Accuity booking systemManaging and responding to emailsCalling patients upon practitioners'' requestsPreparing patient files for the relevant practitioners each dayEnsuring clinic rooms are prepared and ready for useUsing MS365 confidently within daily tasksThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have previous receptionist or front-of-house experienceBe well presented with excellent communication skillsBe organised and able to multitask in a busy environmentHave good IT skills, including MS365Be reliable, personable and proactiveIf you are immediately available and looking for a varied temporary role with the possibility of further ongoing work, we would love to hear from you.Extra Information:Refer a friend and earn up to 500 (see ..... full job details .....
