Cover is needed on various weekday and weekend dates, so this role would suit someone with flexible availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, staff, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible to cover ad hoc weekday and weekend dates
